Which languages are supported?
Faronto runs in English, French, German, Dutch, and Spanish. Your client portal and nudges can be delivered in the language that fits each relationship.
How does the AI work?
Our AI helps with session preparation and continuity. It surfaces patterns, prepares context, and suggests questions, but it never replaces you. You switch it on or off for your whole practice, not per client, and you approve every nudge before it sends. Client content never trains any model.
How do clients access their portal?
Each client gets their own portal link. They can view goals, action items, session context, and progress, no app download needed. You control what they see.
Is Faronto for every kind of coach?
We built Faronto for coaches who work on personal life and professional development: life, career, executive, leadership, ADHD/accountability, and related non-clinical development work. Fitness, nutrition, sport, and physical wellness are not our core focus.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use EU-based infrastructure where possible, encrypt data in transit and at rest, and never use sensitive client content for analytics or AI training. You own your client relationships.
